When you visit https://mnyapp.com/ we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
We do not use Cookies on our website.
Any information submitted via the Mny App Preview sign-up form on the home page is handled as detailed in the Mny App Preview Programme section below.
Any information submitted via the contact page on this website is immediately converted into an email and sent to us like any other email.

Mny App Preview programme
1. Sign-up information
When signing up for Mny App Preview on the home page of this website, we collect personal information. We use that information to:
- Register you as an External Tester in Apple’s TestFlight system which causes you to receive an invitation email from Apple and allows you to access Mny App Preview (“the app”) on your iPhone
- Contact you with information in relation to the Mny App Preview programme and to confirm the accuracy of our records
- Check from time to time if you have any feedback to help us better improve Mny App and to let you know about any significant developments in relation to Mny App
We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We retain this information for as long as you are part of the Mny App Preview programme.
2. Information collected by the app
When Mny App Preview (“the app”) is open on your iPhone, data related to the preview profiles is synchronised between the app and Finnovation Labs’ servers. For example, new transactions related to the currently active preview user will be sent to your phone. Or a budget item will be sent back to the servers to be saved. To enable this process, the app collects certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the app.
We use this information:
- To maintain the security and correct operation of the app
- For internal analytics and reporting purposes
- To improve the design of our app and backend
The app does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
We will retain this information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.
3. Opting out
You can opt-out of the Mny App Preview programme at any time by uninstalling the app and removing access via Apple’s Testflight app. You can also ask us to remove you from the programme. We will then delete your personal information provided at both sign-up and during app use.
Access to your personal information and contacting us
You are entitled to access the personal information that we hold. You may also request that all such information be deleted. Simply use the contact page on our website.
